clearly not interested in customer service... never returned calls, would not accept my return....i am out but they don't care....

i would suggest going to a reputable audiologist ...if you think that online will work, then give it a try, but be advised, that you will not find any support, especially in regards to an audiogram that makes sense.... you will have to fit it yourself, without knowing any of the intricacies of hearing loss, but that is your call. How can a product, which is not listed with the FDA help me to hear...maybe I amlooking at the wrong websites, but I don't think these guys are manufactures.

Their products probably come from china and they do their best to make it look professional. I'm sorry, but if it doesn't show on the FDA website, then I'm not convinced they have ever been through an audit, or done the minimum needed to be called a hearing aid manufacturer in the USA.

Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
